The EINSTEIN project integrates agriculture, medicine, education, and technology with the goal of developing and applying edible sensors made from carefully selected food ingredients. These sensors enable the monitoring of parameters such as temperature, humidity, pH levels, and the presence of bacteria, contributing to the early detection of issues in food and medical diagnostics. The project represents an innovative approach to personalized treatment through theranostics, allowing for non-invasive identification and treatment of diseases.
