A two-day training and demonstration of modern EMS devices – EMS Trilogy and EMS LaserClast 35 – was held at the General Hospital NEW Hospital in cooperation with Paroco Medical Equipment on April 9 and April 10, 2025. The training was led by the renowned Dr Paunel Popov, in cooperation with the representative of the EMS company from Switzerland – Domenico Cauglia, who shared valuable experiences and practical knowledge about advanced technologies in endourology.
This important event was attended by distinguished guests: Dr Ekaterina Pilipenko, urologist and Head of the Urolithiasis Treatment Center, Vettsel Mariya, product manager of EMS from Russia.
During the training, the guests had the opportunity to observe three surgical procedures, where they were able to see firsthand the expertise of our doctors, as well as the efficiency and precision of the most modern methods that are used daily at the GH NEW Hospital. EMS Trilogy and EMS LaserClast 35 represent the peak of technology in the treatment of urinary tract stones, combining power, precision and safety for patients. The use of these devices allows for shorter intervention times, faster patient recovery and high success rates.
